Refund Policy

At Akingz Media Lab, we take pride in providing high-quality, customised content and digital media services. Due to the personalised and creative nature of our work, we maintain a clear and fair refund policy outlined below.

 

 

1. No Refunds on Completed Work

 

We do not offer refunds for services that have already been delivered. All creative content—including video editing, content plans, and consultations—is tailored specifically to each client, making it non-refundable once completed or submitted.

 

 

2. Refund Eligibility

 

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund only under the following circumstances:

 

  • You cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of work.

  • Work has not yet started on your project or any associated deliverables.

  • A technical error or duplicate payment occurs and is verified by our team.

 

Refunds are issued at the discretion of Akingz Media Lab, based on a review of the specific situation.

 

 

3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

 

In the event that you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service delivered, we will offer revisions or adjustments in line with the original scope of work. We aim for 100% client satisfaction and will work with you to address reasonable concerns.

 

 

4. Consultation Cancellations

 

Consultations at Akingz Media Lab are completely free of charge and designed to provide value and personalised insights to potential clients. However, to respect our time and scheduling:

 

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled consultation time.

  • If you miss your appointment without notice, we cannot guarantee an immediate reschedule, and priority may be given to other clients.

  • Repeated missed consultations may result in limited access to future bookings.

 

We aim to offer flexible, accommodating service, but appreciate your cooperation in helping us manage our time efficiently.

 

5. Non-Refundable Services

 

The following services are non-refundable once confirmed or initiated:

 

  • Content editing (YouTube, TikTok, Reels, etc.)

  • Custom content strategy and plans

  • Community or server management setup

  • Marketing or clipping campaigns

 

6. How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund or submit a cancellation:

Include your full name, the service booked, date of booking, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

7. Discretionary Policy

 

We reserve the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and maintain the high level of dedication we offer to every project.
